Registration Process

Submit the registration form by clicking the button below. Please submit a separate registration form for each student if you have more than one person to register.
After you submit the registration form, we will review everything and send you a confirmation email with a link to submit payment online.
Once payment is submitted, we will then send you a confirmation email to confirm your/student’s place in the class.
In-Person Spanish Classes
In-person classes are currently coordinated as private lessons only 1-1.
Session Program fees include: book notes, educational videos, weekly audio homework files for practice, EPIC bilingual books, quick Latin American geography and history lessons, and end-of-session cultural events.
Cost: $250 dollars for 13 classes. Fees include the book, 9 academic classes and 4 conversation classes.
Online Spanish Classes/Tutoring
Personalized one hour tutoring and group weekly classes. Group classes are semi-private and hosted with 4-7 students per group.
Fees include: the book, all program materials, book notes, educational videos, homework worksheets, weekly audio homework files for listening/pronunciation practice, EPIC bilingual books & resources, quick Latin American geography and history lessons, and end-of-session cultural events/presentations.
Cost: $250 for 13 classes. Fees include the book, 9 academic classes and 4 conversation classes.

TERMS 1. In-Person Class: Williams Elementary Students must walk from their classroom to the ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE Class being held at Room J1 starting Wednesday September 4th, 2019. 2. In-Person Class: Students should be able to stay inside the classroom from 2:10 – 3:10 P.M. on Wednesdays. 3. ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE is closed on all Williams school professional developments, holidays, and breaks. 4. In-Person Class: Students might like to bring a snack to enjoy during break. 5. Please remember that the ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE After-School Program is not a babysitting service. Children are expected to interact with other children. Children are required to participate in all activities, as instructed by the ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE staff. 6. Failure to follow the rules can result in your child/ the student being expelled from the ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE Program. 7. If a student/child is expelled from the ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE Program, there will be no refund of the registration fee. 8. Disrespect of the ESTRELLA SPANISH LANGUAGE staff, refusal to follow instructions, fighting, bullying of any type, are grounds for immediate dismissal. 9. As a parent or guardian of this student and/or as a student, I hereby consent to the use of photographs/video recording taken during the course of the school year for publicity, promotional and/or educational purposes (including publications, presentation or broadcast via internet or other media sources). I do this with full knowledge and consent and waive all claims for compensation for use, or for damages. 10. All material on this website, homework assignments, practice audios, educational videos, and class materials unless otherwise noted, is the intellectual property of Estrella Spanish Language Program. No material may be copied or used without the express written permission of Estrella Spanish Language Program. 11. There is no refund for early withdrawal from the program.

I hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify, and agree to hold harmless Estrella Spanish Language Program, its directors, officers, organizers, sponsors, supervisory staff, participants, and any other affiliates; for, from, and against all liability because of any bodily injury, or property damage, known or unknown, which may occur or result from the participation of the above named child in any and all activities whether the result of negligence or for any other cause of the Estrella Spanish Language Program.
